• Full results portfolio: shows hospital level results for every data item benchmarked against the national average

• National report: includes national performance against 10 key indicators and many important aspects of acute stroke service organisation, clinical commentary, changes over time and country comparisons.

Post-acute

Reporting outputs for the 2021 post-acute organisational audit present every data item benchmarked against the national average and include national and service-level findings. Results are presented in four formats:

• Full results portfolio: shows post-acute stroke service provider level results by named participant benchmarked against the national average

• Public report: presents key national results. It includes appendices, with lists of participating services

• Infographic: provides a concise one page visualisation of the key findings from the audit of post-acute stroke service providers.

• Dashboard: provides data items benchmarked against the national average and includes national and service-level findings on many important aspects of post-acute stroke service organisation, staffing levels, post-acute care processes and timely access to multidisciplinary care.
