What
Following on from the updates to the National Clinical Guideline for Stroke and NICE Stroke rehabilitation in adults, the SSNAP dataset will be updated to allow measurement against updated guidance.

Changes to the dataset will come into effect from 1 October 2024 with the first reports published in March 2025.

Where
Updated versions of the datasets are available to download below. To more closely tailor each dataset to the differing requirements of the inpatient and community settings, two separate datasets have been created. A third dataset for six month assessments is also available. Accompanying help notes for each dataset are also available to download below. 

Please note that we will not be addressing general queries about the dataset changes on a case-by-case basis. Instead, any queries received will be addressed in an appropriate webinar or included in resources for all.
