QI Top Tips

A bank of concise, pragmatic tips and advice from clinicians, QI champions and SSNAP team members on how to successfully implement a QI project. Some of these tips are generalised advice, and some are SSNAP specific. 

On the left hand menu you can select from a range of 'top tips' submitted by hospital trusts around the country. These teams have initiated and completed effective QI projects within their local service to improve patient care. We anticipate that similar approaches could be adapted when planning for your own QI projects. 

We will regularly feature top tips on a specific QI topic. We welcome suggestions, tips and feedback from all participants!

Please submit top tips to about how you may have used SSNAP reports, data, or tools to identify a QI project, or to support the development of a QI project to ssnap@kcl.ac.uk. If chosen, your top tips will be featured in this area of the SSNAP QI site!
